Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit before any web design work begins (for larger projects, we may reduce this amount). This allows us to cover initial fees and confirm your seriousness. Once we have your deposit, we will schedule your start date and send you forms to begin the process.
What if I already have a website design?
We would be happy to work with you to perfect it. Please contact us with details and/or requirements of your design.
I’d like to use my own writer, can I do that?
Of course. We can provide word counts and content summaries if needed. We’re happy to build with sample text in the design, if your writer needs more time. If they can deliver in our tight milestones, even better!
Can you build me an online shop website?
We regularly do simple e-commerce web pages. Complex shopping carts and large inventory websites require specialized knowledge and a lot of time to implement properly. As such, we don’t take on a lot of projects like this. If there is enough demand, we may consider expanding support for these types of websites.
Do you do custom web design?
Yes. Every project we do is custom designed from the ground up. We believe an effective online presence should be an extension of an organization’s brand. Website templates are by definition are generic and should be reserved only for the smallest of budgets.
Can you build a custom online application for me?
Our sites come with a lot of built-in functionality. Even though they can be easily enhanced, they won’t do everything. If you need custom programming, we can recommend a number of competent developers.
Do you build custom iPhone/Android apps?
The short answer is no, but we don’t believe apps are the best option for most businesses. If you just need an easy way for mobile users to get information or do business with you, a mobile optimized website will be more than enough for most people. If you’d like us to review your mobile strategy or provide more information, please get in touch.
Can you fix my existing website?
We would be happy to work with you to get your website to a point that meets your expectations. This is not always possible and often the best strategy is to start over. Please contact us with your details and/or requirements and we can proceed from there.
Can I use my existing web address / domain with my new Demand Creativity website?
Yes. Once your project is started, we can walk you through the process of pointing your domain to your new Demand Creativity website.
I run a web design company and would like to work with you. Is that possible?
Of course. We currently work with a number of other web design companies. We’re willing to white label our service as much possible. Please contact us and we can talk more.
I’m a web designer/writer/etc. Do you contract out work?
Yes. We are always looking for contract workers to keep up with demand. Send us your portfolio/work samples and we can talk more.
Do you offer practicums?
Not at this time, but we plan to offer them in the future.
I know another web design companies that will provide this for much less, can you price match?
No. For a website to be successful, you need strong planning, a modern design, solid programming, and well-planned out content. For us, providing that is about giving you value at a price that allows us to be there for you for the duration of your website’s lifetime and beyond.
